Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Feeders and Offbearers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key player, you'll be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading products, ensuring quality and safety protocols are met.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently load bricks onto conveyors and other equipment for processing.
• Ensure proper stacking of bricks to minimize damage and maximize space.
• Conduct quality checks on the products before they reach the production line.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely during operations.
• Keep workspaces organized, following health and safety regulations.
• Help train new hires on safe loading and unloading practices.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Take initiative to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in brick manufacturing or similar industries is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Equipment troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Initiative

Certifications

• OSHA safety certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of brick handling equipment: Familiarity with equipment used in brick loading and unloading processes.
• Ability to operate brick cutting or molding equipment: Experience with machinery used for cutting or shaping bricks.
