Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas.
• Change linens and replenish supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness in public spaces such as lobbies and hallways.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Utilize cleaning materials and equipment effectively.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service training or experience

Experience

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a housekeeping or hotel environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Cleaning equipment knowledge
• Basic computer skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
