Area Supervisor

Job Description

As an Area Supervisor at Retail Management Corp., you will oversee daily operations across multiple store locations. Your leadership will ensure high standards of customer service and optimal operational performance in your assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to store managers in achieving sales targets.
• Develop and track key performance indicators for retail locations.
• Implement and oversee operational standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall performance.
• Prepare and present performance reports to upper management.
• Ensure that all stores are adequately staffed and trained.
• Engage with the community and represent the brand positively.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support new store openings and operational transitions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in retail management with supervisory experience
