Job Description

The Dry Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily operations of our dry cleaning facility. The role includes managing staff, ensuring quality service and compliance with health regulations, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the dry cleaning and laundry staff.
• Ensure that all cleaning processes meet quality standards.
• Maintain detailed inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address customer service issues with professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in the dry-cleaning/laundry sector.
