Policy Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Policy Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will conduct policy research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to help shape effective policies. You will work closely with stakeholders, contributing to meaningful policy initiatives that impact our community.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze emerging trends in public policy.
• Prepare evidence-based recommendations for decision-making.
• Assist in drafting policy documents and communications.
• Conduct outreach to stakeholders to build support for initiatives.
• Analyze potential policy impacts on different community sectors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions on policy issues.
• Support the integration of policy analysis into program planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Public Policy or similar is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in policy-related roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
