Job Description

As an Adding Machine Operator, you will be instrumental in ensuring precise calculations within our finance department. Your role will involve operating and maintaining adding machines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine checks on adding machines to ensure performance.
  • Provide support to accounting staff by processing calculations.
  • Verify the accuracy of computed and recorded data.
  • Assist in training new operators on equipment use and maintenance.
  • Maintain detailed logs of operations and maintenance activities.
  • Support audits by providing accurate operational documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Training in basic math and accounting principles
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience operating adding machines or similar equipment
