Seeking a dynamic First-Line Supervisor of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers to lead our teams in ensuring all operations are executed smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be crucial in overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate and schedule service calls and tasks for the crew.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and work orders.
• Help manage inventory levels for service parts and supplies.
• Coach team members to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Implement processes to improve service delivery and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in construction management or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, including supervisory experience.

Technical Skills

• Technical proficiency with construction tools
• Experience with project management software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
