Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with supervisors about project status and any hurdles.
• Support a clean and safe workshop, adhering to all relevant OSHA regulations.
• Aid in the development of best practices for welding operations.
• Engage in quality assurance processes for completed projects.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Assist with the training of less experienced team members.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on welding machinery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Welding technology degree preferred

Experience

• Proven experience with various metals (steel, aluminum, etc.)

Technical Skills

• Metal Fabrication
• Welding Equipment Operation

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Certifications

• AWS Certified Welder
• Forklift Operation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
