Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Ingot Header, where your responsibilities will include the production of high-quality steel ingot headers. Ideal candidates will possess experience in steel manufacturing and have a solid understanding of industry standards. A strong attention to detail is essential as you work with specialized equipment to deliver superior products.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire ingot production process including casting, cooling, and shaping.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
  • Manage and supervise a team of Ingot Casters and Machine Operators.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control Technicians to address product quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Enhance production efficiency and reduce waste through process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical degree in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in ingot production or related field
