Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dampener Operator to join our experienced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining essential equipment designed to reduce vibrations and noise across our machinery. Ideal candidates will have technical and mechanical expertise along with a passion for ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machinery operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Assist in the training of new operators on equipment handling.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Mechanical or Industrial Technology is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
