Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Textile, Apparel, and Furnishings Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precise hand stitching and finishing of plush products, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sewing techniques to finish plush products.
• Work closely with the design team to understand product requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues.
• Maintain and repair sewing equipment as needed.
• Document production metrics and report to supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile production is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of industry-related experience

Technical Skills

• Pattern reading
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Stress management
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of plush toy design: Experience in plush toy design and production preferred.
• Experience with textile materials: Understanding of various textile materials and their properties is a plus.
