• Conduct regular inspections of furnace equipment and report malfunctions.
• Adjust furnace controls to achieve desired operational conditions.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to facilitate repairs and maintenance.
• Record process parameters and equipment performance daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Assist in training new furnace operators.
• Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Residue Furnace Operator or in a similar role
