Job Description

Join our production team as a Warper! You will play a key role in the textile manufacturing process by operating warping machines, ensuring the smooth preparation of yarn for weaving. Experience in the textile industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and monitor warping equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise.
• Collaborate closely with the weaving team to align production schedules.
• Document process improvements and suggest enhancements.
• Support a collaborative team atmosphere focused on quality and performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in textile manufacturing, preferably with warping machines

Technical Skills

• Yarn types and fibers
• Quality control techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in machinery maintenance: Experience in conducting routine maintenance on warping and weaving machines.
