Job Description

The Education Administrator will oversee and coordinate the educational activities and administrative responsibilities of our institution. This role requires a passionate individual devoted to enhancing educational standards and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. The successful candidate will collaborate with faculty members and stakeholders to implement strategies that promote academic excellence and student well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Implement innovative teaching strategies that enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Work with curriculum developers to create engaging learning materials.
  • Establish assessment frameworks to evaluate student progress and teaching efficacy.
  • Coordinate with local education authorities and organizations for additional support.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to teaching staff.
  • Manage school events, fundraisers, and community outreach activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Education Administration or related field
  • Ph.D. in Education is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years in a leadership position within K-12 education
