Yarn Sizer

Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Yarn Sizer to contribute to our textile manufacturing process. In this position, you will measure yarn thickness, identify defects, and maintain accurate records to support our quality control efforts. Your attention to detail will help us deliver top-notch products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.
• Ensure that all products meet the specified thickness and quality requirements.
• Assist in the development of quality control manuals and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Help implement new technologies to improve measurement accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Training in Textile Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of advanced textile manufacturing techniques.
