Bus Steward

Job Description

As a Bus Steward, you'll be the friendly face that greets passengers, helping them with their journey from start to finish. You'll play a key role in ensuring safety and comfort while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers aboard and assist with luggage and seating arrangements.
• Provide excellent service, answering inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Ensure ongoing cleanliness and regular trash collection on the bus.
• Monitor passenger safety and address any emergencies or incidents.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with meal service on longer routes.
• Collaborate with service teams to maintain inventory and restock supplies.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to report any defects.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service roles preferred

Certifications

• First Aid Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
