Job Description
As a Bus Steward, you'll be the friendly face that greets passengers, helping them with their journey from start to finish. You'll play a key role in ensuring safety and comfort while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
Welcome passengers aboard and assist with luggage and seating arrangements.
Provide excellent service, answering inquiries and resolving concerns.
Ensure ongoing cleanliness and regular trash collection on the bus.
Monitor passenger safety and address any emergencies or incidents.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Assist with meal service on longer routes.
Collaborate with service teams to maintain inventory and restock supplies.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to report any defects.
Ensure compliance with company protocols and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Prior experience in customer service roles preferred
