Job Description
The Hotel Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the hotel's housekeeping and guest services staff to ensure a positive guest experience. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and standards of service offered to our guests.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily operations of housekeeping and guest services.
Monitor cleanliness and organization of all guest areas.
Assist in developing training programs for ongoing staff development.
Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve in a professional manner.
Maintain communication with guests and staff for quality service.
Requirements
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar field is a plus
Experience
3 years in a supervisory capacity within the hospitality arena
