Job Description

The Hotel Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the hotel's housekeeping and guest services staff to ensure a positive guest experience. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and standards of service offered to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations of housekeeping and guest services.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of all guest areas.
  • Assist in developing training programs for ongoing staff development.
  • Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve in a professional manner.
  • Maintain communication with guests and staff for quality service.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar field is a plus
Experience
  • 3 years in a supervisory capacity within the hospitality arena
