Job Description

As a Machine Folder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced folding machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality printed materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality control, all while adhering to strict safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program folding machines for varying product specifications.
• Monitor production runs and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of materials and products to maintain high-quality standards.
• Implement safety protocols and participate in regular safety training.
• Assist other team members with material handling and stacking.
• Maintain a well-organized inventory of folding supplies and materials.
• Document any irregularities and report them to management.
• Engage in problem-solving discussions to enhance efficiency.
• Support the team in achieving overall production goals.
• Provide feedback for machine improvements.
