Job Description
As a Setup Technician, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our machinery and tools are prepared for production. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams to optimize workflow and uphold safety standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and operate production machines effectively.
Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Work closely with other departments to streamline production processes.
Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance logs.
Assist in training staff on equipment usage and safety standards.
Propose improvements to enhance setup efficiency and productivity.
Manage and oversee inventory for necessary tools and parts.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical certification in manufacturing technology preferred
Experience
At least 2 years of practical experience in a manufacturing setup.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in using maintenance software

Certifications
Lean Manufacturing Certification
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Languages

Advantageous
