Job Description

We are on the lookout for licensed Mental Health and Substance Abuse Social Workers who are passionate about providing high-quality care to our clients. In this role, you will work closely with individuals experiencing mental health challenges and substance use disorders, developing personalized care plans and providing emotional support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of residents’ mental health and substance use issues.
  • Develop and revise care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions.
  • Educate residents and families about mental health and substance use resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Document all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
  • State licensure in clinical practice preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in mental health or substance abuse settings
