Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to manage and organize our physical and digital records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accuracy in filing.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain filing systems for both digital and paper records.
Verify the integrity of files and make corrections as required.
Collaborate with team members to streamline filing processes.
Ensure compliance with all record-keeping policies and procedures.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist in training new staff on filing procedures.
Prepare reports on filing system efficiency as needed.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
