Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Financial Services Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various financial services to clients, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  • Engage in networking and community events to generate new leads.
  • Actively follow up on leads and inquiries to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to present comprehensive solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Present financial plans and strategies to clients effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members on product offerings.
  • Report to management on performance metrics and client feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Master's degree in Business or Finance is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial sales or related field.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Proficient in using CRM software
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Certifications
  • Financial Planning and Investment Management certification (preferred)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
