Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Elementary School Registrar to manage student records and enrollment information. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accurate entry of student information into digital systems.
  • Coordinate with local educational authorities regarding student enrollment.
  • Participate in data audits and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and implement record-keeping policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the school's student information system.
  • Provide administrative support to the school principal and administrative team.
  • Help ensure students' confidentiality and data security in line with regulations.
