Job Description

We are seeking a Loss Prevention Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize losses and protect company assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset protection and security management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of asset protection policies and procedures.
  • Lead investigations into significant losses and recommend corrective actions.
  • Communicate regularly with law enforcement as necessary.
  • Monitor physical security measures and recommend improvements.
  • Implement training programs for new hires regarding asset protection.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current security technologies.
  • Develop relationships with local law enforcement and community watch groups.
  • Advocate for a culture of safety and security across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or asset protection

Certifications
  • Loss Prevention Qualified (LPQ)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
