Job Description
We are seeking a Loss Prevention Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize losses and protect company assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset protection and security management.
Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of asset protection policies and procedures.
Lead investigations into significant losses and recommend corrective actions.
Communicate regularly with law enforcement as necessary.
Monitor physical security measures and recommend improvements.
Implement training programs for new hires regarding asset protection.
Evaluate the effectiveness of current security technologies.
Develop relationships with local law enforcement and community watch groups.
Advocate for a culture of safety and security across the organization.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
5+ years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or asset protection
