Job Description

As a Tire Beader Maker, you will be responsible for the assembly and manufacture of tire beaders critical to tire production. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and an understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and test machinery to ensure high-quality production.
• Monitor production flow and adjust schedules as needed.
• Participate in the evaluation of new equipment.
• Assist with the integration of new technologies in production.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Identify training needs and suggest training programs.
• Conduct performance audits of production operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in automotive or tire production
