Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Drafter to join our dynamic team at Innovative Molding Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing molds that meet specific customer requirements while using industry-standard CAD software. This role requires attention to detail and a strong collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to produce mold prototypes.
- Work with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and refine mold designs.
- Conduct design reviews with upper management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in the training of junior drafters and interns.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in mold design.
