Job Description

As a Textile Winder, you will operate and maintain advanced winding machinery to produce high-quality textile products. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient production of fabrics while adhering to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate winding machines according to product specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and strategies.
• Document production processes and report any discrepancies.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety practices.
• Assist in the development of improved winding techniques to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating winding machinery preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
