Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Innovative Solutions Inc., you will be the linchpin in ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success with our products. Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Certification in Customer Success is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
