• Monitor stock levels of preparation supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Assist in the development of more efficient preparation processes.
• Follow detailed instructions and painting specifications from supervisors.
• Provide feedback on processes to improve preparation efficiency.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and improvements.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in painting or surface preparation is a plus.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in surface preparation or painting roles.

Languages
