Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Chicago team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to employees, and maintaining system security. This role requires proficiency in various operating systems and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and resources.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and support.
  • Participate in IT projects to improve system performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • ITIL Certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
