Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Warp Spooler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and operating the warp spooling process in our manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warp spooling process from start to finish.
• Conduct routine maintenance on spooling machines.
• Respond to machine alerts and rectify any malfunctions promptly.
• Document production data for quality assurance analysis.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Assist in the implementation of best practices in the spooling process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure compliance with safety and workplace regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a textile manufacturing facility is preferred

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance software

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
