We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ladler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks related to measuring, cutting, and installing ladders on construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency at every step.

Responsibilities

• Operate ladders and other access equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Load and unload equipment from delivery trucks.
• Assist in training new staff in ladder installation techniques.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and specifications.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ladder installation and repair

Technical Skills

• Ladder installation techniques
• Technical drawing interpretation
• Safety Protocols

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication Skills
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• OSHA Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ladder Safety Certification: Certification in ladder safety and fall protection.
• Experience with various ladder materials: Experience working with wood, aluminum, and fiberglass ladders.
