Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paving Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will operate paving equipment and ensure quality assurance in asphalt and concrete application processes on various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct mixing of asphalt and concrete at job sites.
• Train new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular equipment checks to prevent malfunctions.
• Communicate with project managers about material requirements and manpower needs.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding construction and safety.
• Assist in problem-solving on-site issues as they arise.
• Participate in safety training and workshops regularly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years operating heavy equipment in the paving or construction industry.
