Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Automatic Machine Attendant. This role involves operating and maintaining automatic machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring their smooth functioning and optimal productivity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control automatic machines during operations.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and identify maintenance needs.
• Keep detailed records of machine operations and maintenance activities.
• Adjust machine configurations to meet different production requirements.
• Coordinate with quality control to ensure product standards are met.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and issues.
• Report any safety incidents or near misses immediately.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues.
• Engage in training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional vocational training is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience operating automatic machines preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Experience with specific automatic machine models

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
