Job Description
Join our team as a Securities Teller where you will manage client securities transactions, uphold regulatory standards, and work collaboratively with our trading department to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
Facilitate the buying and selling of client securities, ensuring all steps are documented accurately.
Resolve discrepancies in transactions and ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
Support clients through various communication channels, delivering high-quality assistance.
Assist in training new team members on processes and compliance matters.
Generate transaction reports for management review.
Participate in department meetings to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Experience
2-5 years of experience in a brokerage environment
