Job Description

Join our team as a Securities Teller where you will manage client securities transactions, uphold regulatory standards, and work collaboratively with our trading department to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the buying and selling of client securities, ensuring all steps are documented accurately.
  • Resolve discrepancies in transactions and ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
  • Support clients through various communication channels, delivering high-quality assistance.
  • Assist in training new team members on processes and compliance matters.
  • Generate transaction reports for management review.
  • Participate in department meetings to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a brokerage environment
