Job Description

As the Manager of Communications, you will oversee various internal and external communication channels. You will develop and implement effective strategies that align with our organizational goals while ensuring the brand's voice remains consistent across all platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of the communication landscape, enabling you to manage crises and represent the organization when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed communication plans for new initiatives.
  • Guide the team in creating digital content that engages our audience.
  • Evaluate the success of communication initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
  • Prepare reports on communication effectiveness for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all communications.
  • Promote a culture of transparency and open communication within the organization.
  • Track trends in public relations and communications to inform strategy.
  • Develop crisis communication plans and assist in execution when needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as APR or similar preferred
Experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in a communications management role
