Job Description

Join our team as a Golf Professional, where you will teach and inspire golfers at all levels. You will be responsible for managing the golf courses, coaching players, organizing events, and delivering outstanding service to members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group lessons tailored to individual goals.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance golfer engagement.
• Manage inventory and supplies for pro shop operations.
• Coordinate logistics for special events and tournaments.
• Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all players.
• Participate in community outreach programs and events.
• Provide ongoing support and training for assistant coaches.
• Gather and analyze feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain the overall aesthetics and condition of golf facilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
• PGA membership is a significant advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in golf instruction, course management, or related roles

• Customer Service

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Social media management experience: Knowledgeable in using social platforms for marketing services.
