As the Golf Course Manager, you will oversee all operations of our prestigious course in Orlando. You will ensure that the course is maintained to the highest standards while managing staff and collaborating with other departments to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute maintenance schedules for the golf course.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance community outreach.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular training on safety and operational procedures.
• Provide accurate reports and feedback to the General Manager.
• Create annual reports on course performance and areas for development.
• Participate in professional development to stay current with industry trends.
• Oversee the development and implementation of sustainability practices.
• Manage player feedback channels for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve course management.
