Locker Room, Coatroom, and Dressing Room Attendant

Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Locker Room Attendant to provide excellent service by receiving and returning guests' coats and personal items, maintaining a clean area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with checking their coats and personal belongings.
• Create and issue numbered tags to guests for seamless retrieval of checked items.
• Monitor and ensure the coat check area remains secure and tidy.
• Respond to guest inquiries, providing outstanding customer service.
• Efficiently return checked items to guests upon presentation of claim tickets.
• Keep records of checked items and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols diligently.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No minimum experience required. On-the-job training provided.
