Job Description

The Motors Assembler will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting various types of motors, ensuring that they meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires keen attention to detail, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review technical specifications and assemble motors according to established protocols.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure all motors meet operational standards.
  • Identify discrepancies and provide feedback for quality assurance.
  • Work closely with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues.
  • Use precision tools to measure, adjust, and complete motor assembly.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in good working order.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in motor assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
Technical Skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembling and disassembling motors
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits and systems
  • Experience in testing and troubleshooting motors
Soft Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving abilities

Advantageous

  • Experience in programming and operating CNC machines: Knowledge of CNC processes for improved manufacturing efficiency.
