We are seeking a dedicated Machine Feeder and Offbearer, also referred to as a Slabber, to join our vibrant team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is crucial in our production process, where you will cut and shape stone slabs according to strict specifications, ensuring that every piece meets our high quality standards. You will work with various cutting tools and machinery, collaborating closely with fellow team members to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise cuts on stone slabs according to client specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products.
• Document production processes and suggest improvements.
• Actively engage in team meetings to enhance operational efficiency.
• Promote a culture of safety and responsibility among the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Slabber or similar position

Technical Skills

• CNC Machinery Operation
• Safety Compliance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
