Job Description

As a Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining automated screw-making machinery. Your role is crucial in ensuring production meets quality control standards while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage the set-up and operation of precision lathes and turning machines.
• Inspect finished products to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Document production processes and report any variations from the norm.
• Ensure tools and machinery are in optimal condition through regular checks.
• Collaborate with team members during production to enhance efficiency.
• Review production schedules and provide feedback on operational needs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or apprenticeship in machinery operation is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in operating and maintaining automated machinery is preferred, but not required.
