Job Description

The Housing Director is responsible for overseeing and managing housing operations within our organization. This leadership role ensures the efficient use of resources while maintaining high standards of quality in service delivery. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in housing management to lead our team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce guidelines for housing operations.
  • Monitor and assess housing quality and safety standards through regular audits.

  • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors for housing services.

  • Work closely with finance to develop annual budgets and forecasts for housing operations.
  • Represent the organization at housing forums and meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate Management
  • Master's degree is a plus
