Job Description

The Hospitality Aide will provide vital support to the hospitality team by facilitating exceptional service delivery to clients and guests. Responsibilities will include assisting with event setup, guest registration, and ensuring event spaces are clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage event spaces, ensuring all arrangements meet company standards.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and management to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout the event.
  • Execute efficient guest check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Cultivate a welcoming environment for clients and guests.
  • Address and resolve guest issues effectively.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including inventory management.
  • Engage in team training and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant hospitality experience
Technical Skills
  • Point-of-sale systems (Aloha, Micros)
  • Audio-visual equipment management
Soft Skills
  • Teamwork

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Foreign language proficiency: Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.
