Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Food Service Manager who will oversee all aspects of our club's food service operations. The ideal candidate will be a leader in enhancing member experiences and ensuring that all services run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Direct all operational aspects of the food service team, ensuring high service quality.
Conduct regular training sessions to maintain staff knowledge of products and services.
Participate in the development of new menu items, ensuring member preferences are met.
Monitor and manage health and safety compliance in all food service areas.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on financial performance and operational metrics.
Work collaboratively with other departments, including events and membership services.
Engage with members to foster community and enhance the club experience.
Requirements
Education
Associate degree in Food Service Management or related field
Experience
At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry
