Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Food Service Manager who will oversee all aspects of our club's food service operations. The ideal candidate will be a leader in enhancing member experiences and ensuring that all services run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all operational aspects of the food service team, ensuring high service quality.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to maintain staff knowledge of products and services.
  • Participate in the development of new menu items, ensuring member preferences are met.
  • Monitor and manage health and safety compliance in all food service areas.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on financial performance and operational metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including events and membership services.
  • Engage with members to foster community and enhance the club experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in Food Service Management or related field
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry
