Sewing Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The operator will be responsible for operating hemstitching machines, ensuring all production meets our high-quality standards. Experience in textile manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate hemstitching machines for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain the quality of production by regularly checking machine settings.
• Participate in training on new machine operations and production procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace policies.
• Assist in the training of new operators as needed.
• Contribute to team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in textile manufacturing preferred
