We are seeking a meticulous File Clerk / Record Center Specialist to manage the organization, storage, and maintenance of physical records. This role is pivotal to ensuring our documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records according to established protocols.
  • Utilize records management software and barcode scanning technology.
  • Report discrepancies and issues to the Records Manager.
  • Support the development of improved records management systems.
  • Coordinate with IT for any technology needs related to records management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in a records management role is preferred

Languages
  • English: Fluent
