Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will lead diverse teams in the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Apply project management methodologies to manage the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster their project management skills.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.
  • Review project performance metrics and implement improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Master’s degree is an advantage

  • 6+ years of experience in managing projects
