Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics and distribution efforts. The role involves collaborating with various teams to drive efficiency and cost-effective solutions in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute logistics strategies to maximize efficiency.
• Lead inventory management initiatives and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage supply chain budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct supply chain training for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management or logistics

Technical Skills

• Logistics Coordination
• Supplier Relationship Management

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in warehouse management systems: Experience implementing and optimizing warehouse management systems.
