Job Description
We seek a qualified Presidential Helicopter Crew Chief who will manage helicopter operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain an operationally ready fleet for high-stakes missions.
Responsibilities
Direct daily operations of helicopter maintenance crew ensuring efficiency and teamwork.
Implement strict safety protocols and compliance measures across all maintenance activities.
Conduct regular training sessions for crew members on new procedures and equipment.
Oversee the usage of helicopter maintenance software and ensure data integrity.
Cultivate a culture of communication within the team for enhanced operational success.
Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports for upper management.
Collaborate with flight teams to align on operational mission requirements.
Manage maintenance supplies and inventory tracking.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance protocols and processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
Experience
Minimum of eight years of experience in helicopter maintenance and management
