We seek a qualified Presidential Helicopter Crew Chief who will manage helicopter operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain an operationally ready fleet for high-stakes missions.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of helicopter maintenance crew ensuring efficiency and teamwork.
• Implement strict safety protocols and compliance measures across all maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular training sessions for crew members on new procedures and equipment.
• Oversee the usage of helicopter maintenance software and ensure data integrity.
• Cultivate a culture of communication within the team for enhanced operational success.
• Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports for upper management.
• Collaborate with flight teams to align on operational mission requirements.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory tracking.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance protocols and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field

Experience

• Minimum of eight years of experience in helicopter maintenance and management
